Did something from your order just not work out? No problem! All returns are free of charge!
You have 2 options when returning:
- Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you use our FREE return label. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund. But, this is an alternative:
- Exchange: Love it, but need a different size or color? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 90 days of the original shipment date. Exchanges are always free!
We know that finding just the right fit for your child can sometimes be tough. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you’re not 100% dazzled by your order – whatever the reason – send it back, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 90 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Please note, creating an exchange by contacting Customer Care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return. - Items to be returned or exchanged

Returns on Orders outside of Texas:
Returns for out of state orders will be at the expense of the customer.
