Thank you for choosing IVY School Uniforms for your school uniform needs. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our return policy to understand your options for returns and exchanges.




  • You may return eligible items within 45 days from the date of purchase, provided the items have their original tags still attached.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns outside of TX are at the expense of the customer.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., embroidered uniforms with student names)
  • Altered, modified, or tailored items
  • Apparel with stains, pet hair, or odors
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Online orders: Return instructions and a prepaid label are included with shipped orders.
  2. In-store purchases: If eligible for a return, we will send you a prepaid return label via email.
  3. Contact us: To initiate an in-store purchase return, please contact our customer service team at or 817-557-7788 to discuss the reason for the return and receive guidance on the process.
  4. Package your items: Securely pack the items you wish to return, ensuring the original tags are still attached. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt. On the receipt please make clear notes regarding what you're returning for a refund and what you'd like to exchange, including sizing information.
  5. Shipping: Attach the provided prepaid return label to the package and ship.


  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.


  • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify your desire for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing details and photos of the issue.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.
